On the one hand I agree that the road crash of his private life was self inflicted and you could argue for a kind of poetic justice for his behaviour but there is no doubt creatively he was one of the best

This sums it up for me. The good doctor's every bit as guilty of greed as he is of involuntary manslaughter.

I wonder if it'll give any of the other " private physicians " to the rich and famous pause for thought.

I am not bothered to be honest, but I do feel that the doc was going to be found guilty, even if he is not!!
had it been Jackson that was accused of killing the doc, well that would have certainly been a different verdict!!

He had to be guilty - Jacko wanted cocktails of drugs to cure his insomnia and a decent doctor would have walked away given the stuff Jacko insisted he wanted. There would always be one who would supply what Jackson wanted but they were a prsecution waiting to happen
