The Final being played in Dubai US$10 Million prize fund.

Will they be able to attract anyone from the US Tour ? to play for this blood money ?
Am sure Rory will not make an appearance even though he has played many times and won there before.
Maybe they will have to invite LIV players to get a field.

If the dates do not clash with a fed ex event they do not normally have a problem but it must be born in mind it is not a invitational event. Players must qualify through DP Tour rankings.

When you look at the current rankings not many have actually played enough events, including Rory, (although that is normally rectified as the season progresses).

The likes of Morikawa , McIlroy played last year - if they qualify then they 9/10 play in the event

it’s a tour event that players must qualify to play in - no multiple millions dollar invites

Your missing the point.

It's not Blood Money if it goes to the established tours. Money can come from China, UAE, Qatar, Saudi etc. as long as it goes to the PGA and DP World Tour.
If you want to do your own tour it's blood money.

Perhaps you should consider this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DP_World_Tour_Championship,_Dubai
It amused me to note the designer of at least one of the courses involved (the doc doesn't seem to fully the document format change from a single event to a series) was Greg Norman!
And at least 1 winner is from USA and a member of The PGA Tour, though also of The DP Tour - Colin Morikawa.
