After missing a clutch of short putts in the region of 1 - 2 feet in the last few weeks I tried a belly putter last night and I could hardly miss!!

Question - will I be required to buy Ping irons now?

I nearly have a belly putter now.. putting is ok but wouldnt say its gotten worse or better because of it .........................................................oh wait the putter hasnt changed but the belly is geting closer to it . mayb thats it :(
 
I saw a fella using a broomhandle on the putting green at our place a few weeks ago. The strange thing was he didn't anchor the top to his chest so was swinging the thing all over the shop. I didn't see him hole any putts at all from any range, which got me thinking about why he was using one..?

Maybe he had a terminal case of the yips?

Anyways, Chris, use whatever you need to get the ball in the hole.
 
Have you started wetting the bed yet?

The most successful golfer at my club has used a broom handle for ages. He has won the club championship about 10 times, and also the one at Moor Park. There is probably something in it.
