I bet people regret binning the horse burgers now they are all going to get snowed in. 2 weeks time when they are starving they are all gonna say they could eat a horse and the chance will have gone!

Its the same at Christmas, you see poeple with 5 packs of bread and the shops only close for one or two days!!!!

This country goes way overboard when a bit of snow falls and I mean a bit,2 inches and the place falls apart.
I was in Tallinn a few years back and we landed amid heavy snow at 10am......fast forward to 2am the next day when I got to bed and it had not stopped snowing all day,we hiked the 300 yards home from the pub in snow that was halfway up my thighs yet the next morning pavements were pretty much clear,roads running with no issues and people were going about their usual daily business.
If that was here the country would grind to a halt for 3 weeks.
