75mg/100ml - over twice the legal limit!

But 'had not intentionally consumed alcohol'!!!

Nice (earnings related) fine though!

I believe him!!

I don't really but just feeling stroppy today!

Today??!!??

I find it hard to believe that amount of alcohol could be consumed without knowledge...
If he doesn't drink and was twice the legal limit he would have been on his knees......

I do, i had a similar experience when i got wrongly done for DD.

I'd just come back from Island Hopping in Greece in 1989, the local bottled water was called Red Stripe, I then went out in London with some friends and as i was driving decided to stick with water, Imagine my surprise when i got stopped by plod and found i was 10 times over the legal limit...

There was me thinking id been drinking water all night when in fact it was Jamaican lager

...love the Red Stripe comment!

My tea-total colleague would taste a tea spoon of brandy in a pint of coke... pretty sure I would too. So, don't believe it in the slightest. Got nicked, thankfully no one killed. No excuse mate, you can afford a driver, let alone a taxi.

Good luck with the mitigation talk ... it might not wash.

According to the guidelines for band B fine, he should have been find a weeks wages which I believe is £200,000.
He got off very lightly

He can afford a chauffeur for 18 months and the increase in his insurance in 2018, it's the 'need to drive for charity day's/events' line I always hated, again, most of these celebrities can afford drivers whilst their banned, so shut up and put up and do your time!

He pleaded guilty so can make as many daft statements as he likes after the fact. Only made the statement as he claims to be muslim.

Is that the case if he pleaded guilty. I feel a bit sorry for him as it
was "another" misunderstanding. Poor sod has had more misunderstandings to last ten life times.

Waiting for his agent to tweet that Yaya is furious with the judge for not buying him a cake.
