Many of us on here have been inspired by Kevin Sinfield and his fantastic fundraising in support of his mate Rob Burrow and the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.

Scottish Rugby Legend, Doddie Weir has once again launched Doddie Aid 2022 which starts tomorrow, anyone can get involved in raising funds to fight MND and you can too, either by downloading the App and getting involved or by making a donation.

Me and my dog are taking part and our aim is to complete 150 miles run/walking by the end of Jan.

The links below are to the main Charity page and my just giving page, any contribution to this event and the fight to gind a cure for MND is most welcome.

Quick update:
End of Week 1 for me and Obi and our fundraising efforts in support of My Name'5 Doddie Foundation 22. #DoddieAID
Obi has walked 18 mile and I’ve ran just under 27 mile giving us a total of just under 45 mile, so nearly a third of the way to target.?
We also set a target of raising £200.00 but have smashed that already reaching £300.00 thanks to the generosity of some forum members, friends and family

Our goal was to walk/run 150 miles in January to raise funds for #DoddieAid and help fund vital research in to Motor Neurone Disease, today we completed the challenge when my run took me over the 100 mile mark.
We have smashed our target of £200.00 by raising nearly £500.00 through your generosity. A massive thank you to all those that sponsored us and the one anonymous donor.❤️
