Didn't vote as my answer would be Yes - Majority of the time.

There is the odd occasion that I forget for a short putt and when it is raining I never bother taking the wet glove off.

I voted 'Yes-Without fail', because I practice putting not wearing a glove, and I believe this improves my feel. However this is not always true in the middle of Winter when I wear a pair of winter gloves all the time and can't be bothered to take then off, especially if this risks getting frostbite. :)

Can you really tell the difference in feel. I know I can't and a layer of soft leather doesn't make any difference. I do it by habit as I've done it since a junior

Nope:

Though it feels odd using 2 when I've got raingloves on, so I guess the same applies to those who've always taken it off.

I put mine on as I step onto the first tee and the only time it comes off during a round is to roll a fag.
Have you ever tried rolling a fag with a bloody golf glove on????
It's impossible.
