going away for a few days golfing and i have seen golf socks. How r they different from normal socks and does any1 out there think they make a difference?? r they worth getting?

Do you mean the Skins ones that are supposed to reduce fatigue? I have not tried them but I love stuff like that and will give it a go eventually

Best Tip, buy some black sports socks from a top manufacturer. I bought Adidas ClimaCool socks in black and these are the best. Warm enough in the winter and lovely an cool in the summer. £4 for 3 pairs from Sports Soccer - Bargain

I use these also - comfy and a bit of extra cushioning - at that price they are just the job.

A friend recommended the footjoy socks, they are not cheap but boy are they comfy. As soon as they are out of the wash I am wearing them - they're that good, why save them for golf?
