As of today I'm a fully qualified PADI open water diver

Delighted to have passed some things where harder than others but pleased I've passed..
Now for holidays I have to look for not only golf courses but good diving places

Get your butt down to the Red Sea, some lovely diving holidays around Hurghada or Sharm.

Average depth around 12-15 metres, so your air lasts well, alternatively do what we did and go to the maldives, its deeper at 25m but probably much more to see plus some great drift dives

Well done, have you done a night dive yet...Out of this world

No but when I do next stage of advanced open water I want to do a night dive for one of my adventure dives.

Been to the Maldives in August which is where I caught the diving bug.. Yeah me and the mrs are looking at sha mar sheik next year for our hols

Did my first ever dives in sharm el sheik, amazing! Booked to go back the following year to do the open water course but had to cancel as our first daughter was due a month later. Done a couple since but never had the cash since, darn those pesky kids! Started skiing 4 years ago too, what is it with me and expensive hobbies!!

Get to Eilat in Israel. Loads of 30 metre dives and the Navy scuttle old ships for wreck dives. Amazing place. Night diving was also special with the amount of fish.

Scapa is also a place to be visited.

Nice one congrats, one of my friends went diving at the great barrier reef and said it was amazing, worth consideration

Herself is the adventurer in our house... As part of her forthcoming trip down under she'll be diving on the great barrier reef for the third time... As soon as she gets back I suspect she'll start saving to go for a fourth time...
