As suggested earlier I'd look at dispersion for distances as opposed to club number.
In regards to clubs lofts altering with use. They tend to strengthen over time due to to repeated impact with the ground (it's knocking the club closed not open) and more maleable clubs will move (close) more. Wedges in particular can be worth checking to see what your loft gaps really are. If loft is decreasing so is bounce (1 degree for 1 degree).
