Disqualifying one hole in stroke play, or the whole card?

After I turned in my signed scorecard, I later remembered I forgot to remove one of my points as I had miscalculated. Does the miscalculation affect just the one hole that I messed up on, or is the whole card disqualified.

The player is not responsible for the calculation of points - no penalty involved.

as per rosecott you are only responsible for the gross score on a card.
In a stableford comp the committee is responsible for calculating the stableford points.
If you recorded the correct gross you have no worries.
