Pleased to see Direct golf opening 2 stores in Scotland. Dundee and Edinburgh are the locations, the store in Edinburgh is where Nevada Bobs was (now Scottish Golf Centre) on Seafield road.
At least I'll be able to call in after visiting the lovely attractions in leith

Called into the new store for a look on our way to ocean t.

Two words : John letters.

Everywhere you looked was John Letters stuff there's obviously a major agreement between the two companies.
Had a good butchers at the RBZ stand,very impresed at look if the fairways the lad said they'd sold loads in the past week or so.
Marked improvement on the friendliness of the staff since the change of ownership too.

I always found them pretty friendly and helpful. Spent ages testing drivers in their simulator while one of the guys was helping. Felt guilty not buying it from there in the end.....

I visited their Dundee branch on Friday and was amazed at how expensive it was compared to my club pro. Grips were more expensive than having them supplied and fitted at my club, Footjoy gloves about 20% dearer and very poor stock levels.
Sorry but I won't be back there in a hurry.
