Afternoon all,

#1
Im having a bit of trouble guys,my irons are usually the strongest part of my game but just lately ive been catching a few shots 'thick' and loosing a hell of alot of distance, maybe 5 or 6 shots a round. Now im guessing im over swinging and/or dipping into the shot, is there anything i can do to help this?

When using my mid-irons, sometimes i tend to make contact with the ball first, then dig in taking a divot, which is all good and well and im assuming this is good and what i should be doing. But sometimes a dig in so much it hurts my wrists and prevent a full follow-through (the club seems to stop after impact). The ball goes where i want it but it just feels horrible.

Im guessing the 2 problems may well be related in some way.

Any help will be muchly appreciated.
