Due to my stoma I have trouble wearing trousers/ shorts with traditional fastenings and a belt, that are comfy.
I was a 32, now a 34 but with a support belt 34 are becoming snug.
Any suggestions for brands of trousers I should investigate.

Thanks 👍

Try the bigger Tesco stores. They have some chino like trousers and shorts with elastic waist bands.

Yeah Tesco as said. F&F

Full elastic waist and lightweight but have front crease and even turn-ups, to look like dress/more formal trousers

I've worn then to play golf too

Am sure I got some
Shorts From matalan that could adjust.
Some have likes hidden waist elastic in them. 👍

Something like that

Taylor & Wright Navy Check Flexi Waist Trousers - 34 Waist 29 Leg

Ditto to SocketRocket's comment about MS stretch trousers (other makes are available).

Cotton Traders elasticated chinos are good but the weight is more suited to Autumn/ winter rather than summer.

It can very much depend on what material you like e.g the Taylor and Wright ones 100% polyester.
