Safety is more important than looks. Get yourself to a local bike shop and try a few different ones on.

What kind of cycling are you going?
Security wise they are mostly all OK anyway, you pay extra for more vents and lower weight.
Important is to get the right size, you don’t want it shaking around all the time.

Correct young Stu.
Quite a few local bike shops are still open Anne for essential items.
I would consider a bike helmet is defo a essential item.

I like the latest Bell ones. They cover the bits the new cricket helmets do. I have one, and the fit is very adjustable.

I have a Sixsixone Evo AM helmet which I got a deal on in the Xmas sales. Great helmet with the boa system to tighten around your head. It's an MTB helmet though if that would bother you.
