Another follow on thread while we are having this very welcome forum love in.
Plenty of guys on here are very generous when it comes to hosting other forummers, much appreciated guys ?

LQ for a lot including the two Sunningdale meets. I know we played Woburn several times but can't remember who organised those so apologies if it was a current member but they were another couple of good meets
 
I'm not talking about meets, they are a different and much more difficult kettle of fish altogether. This is about people that host forummers at their courses, often very generously paying for food and drinks as well.
 
I’d always be happy to host at the options available to me, having enjoyed visits to a couple of other forumers places previously:

Reading
Caversham Heath
Calcot Park

I was going to suggest guesting 3 forumers at Reading (before it closes forever in March 2021) on the Sunday before H4H this year when a thread appeared for games for people travelling on the Sunday... will make the offer here for now, and transfer over to any other thread that comes up.
 
I haven’t hosted anyone yet, but if anyone finds themselves in the East Midlands, I’m happy to host at Kedleston.
Particularly if anyone wants a guided practice round for the Kedleston Goose, or Open qualifying.

I like that list, I have played the lot with each forum member you have listed.

Just shows how lucky we are and along with the likes of @jobr1850 at Knole Park, @richart at Blackmoor and @IanG at North Berwick it’s great to have so many great courses that are potential visits if you don’t come across as an arse on the forum.

and you should take pride of place Gordon - although we will have to see if we can forgive you for giving up Hayling and only slum it at Broadstone!! - that was very selfish!! :p:p:cry::cry:
