If you enjoy parkland courses it’s a good example.
I imagine it would be anathema to some of the links and heathland fans on the forum.

I don't limit myself to one type. Variety is the spice of life after all.

My course isn’t really up there with the others listed, but more than happy to host if anyone happen to pass by Mill Hill Golf Club in north London.

When I say “isn’t really up there”, what I actually mean is not even close. But it’s a golf course nonetheless.

Always happy to host at New Forest if anyone os down this way. Like others its never going to be a top 100 course but its a good challenge all the same, very 'linksy' with plenty of wildlife thrown in

I would encourage anyone to take up Paul's offer. It's an 'unusual' course but good fun!

The guy who lives 2 doors down from me is a member there, but I havent played it yet so always keen for a local meet up. Am I right in thinking that you moved to Paulton's for a bit?

I love New Forest... it is what it is. A little rough at the edges as it is forest land, horses and cattle roaming freely. Lovely mix of holes....and welcoming club house. When I am in Southampton, I often nip down after work and pay a twilight, which is really cheap!

No, not a big fan of Paultons, its got a few ok holes but a lot of rubbish as well, if I had more money/time I would join Bramshaw

Do you like Dibden? Used to have great greens when I was there.

Not a fan, again some decent holes but a lot of dross. I prefer the little 9 hole course they've got
