Could you hit a ball blindfolded?

Bit of fun from our recent Captains charity day at Batchworth Park Golf club. One of the holes had a spin the wheel option, with one of the forfeits being teeing off blindfolded.

I think my swing looks like I'm blindfolded anyway. If I had to try that I think I'd go driver for the biggest face and try a little half-swing punch as the best chance of making contact.

Yep. Did so on a couple of holes on my stag do. Played the entire hole blindfolded and had to trust the lads to give me the right club and point me in the right direction. Which to their credit, they did.

Used to practice my short game with eyes closed .
Never hit a full shot though.
Played behind a blind golfer a few years ago and was suprized how straight he was.
His pps were all over the place.

Yep. Many moons back, pro at the time got me to hit with my eyes closed in a lesson (some say I still do that now......). Tried it in the net yesterday, hit the ball every time.
