Controlling Mac Mini with Android

Hi, I would like to be able to remotely control my Mac mini via my galaxy note 3

Is there an app that would enable me to do this, it will be nothing to heavy internet browsing, controlling itunes etc

Any help much appreciated

Thanks this just seems to control volume. The remote mouse app seems to do what I'm after
