This app just appeared on my phone yesterday, I'm with EE and it's my own old Galaxy ace 4 phone , sim card contract only. Don't really know if it's needed, I deleted it twice but it keeps re installing.

Any thoughts , is it harmless, or some sort of spy ware, should I just leave it and forget about it

It seems to be mobile location tracker, part of the EE firmware. The reason argued that it is there is to be able to track the phone if it is stolen.
