Computer guys ....help

I bought a new laptop last week and filled in all the usual crap they force you to do. Unfortunately the laptop has an issue and needs to go back.
However I can’t remove the passcode and my personal information before it goes. Every time the computer starts up it asks me for the password and I can’t work out how to turn it off. Iv signed out of Microsoft account but it just seems to keep coming back up
Any help?
Laptop is an HP and I think it’s windows 10

Simpy needs a factory reset and this returns the computer to its original state - all signs of use from you will be wiped - as if the computer was never switched on.

On boot up I think its the F11 key you need to access it. Just keep tapping this key during start up and from there follow the instructions - pretty straight forward stuff
