Steve Stricker has been voted Comeback Player of the Year 2006 by the USPGA Tour - if there was one for Europe who would deserve it?

It's a tricky one - what about Robert Karlsson? His first wins in four years and a place in the Ryder Cup team....

karlsson has had a great year - I had money on him at celtic manor when he won - he hits it miles but is apparently a bit of a loopy swede in the parnevik style - the interview with him in golf monthly this year certainly made very little sense!

But Rose played most of his golf through '06 in the States. It's got to be Karlsson.
