Club Staff having free golf?

So how many of the 20 plus staff gets it all free

That’s 20 x £1.5k joining fee

And 20 x £1.5k every year

When a club has limited numbers of members where do you stop

there is no need to give staff full memberships

How many staff at the company I used to work for got bonuses & did each member of bonus’d staff get the same bonus?

You tailor your budget for how it best suits your business. It doesn’t have to be all 20.

That’s why it’s just easier for everyone at our place to get social membership free and get all the benefits that come with it and if they want to play golf they can - plenty of ways for them to get a game on the course if they wanted too.

But if a member wanted to make a change and offer free membership then they can bring that through to AGM etc for votes
