Hi guys anybody know what the average cost would be to have my clubs shortened and re-griped?

If you want them to be re swing weighted after reducing in length you'll need to go to a club fitter. It'll probbly be a few pounds each plus cost of new grip per club.
If you dont want them swing weighted (and it really isnt a necessity) then its very easy to DIY it, then the cost would be for the grips only.
