Is anyone able to advise where I could purchase new putter inserts (various makes) as starting new hobby of refurbishing putters.

You may be able to get some from SPRYEVO based in the States but other than that I very much doubt it unless you are excellent at milling etc yourself.
Quite a specialist area now and to be good I'd suggest that you need to offer a service as good as Chris Finch. Have at look at his work. It's pretty damn phenomenal tbh.

Mate of mine has been doing refurbed Scotty Camerons and doing an excellent job. If I see him this weekend I'll find out what his user name for E-bay is and also what his email is and I'll PM it to the OP as I'm sure he'd be happy to give some advice
