I've been selling a few old clubs using Hermes.
Now the second one I've sent has been "lost"

Anyone got any cost effective recommendations ?
The 120 cm length seems to be a sticking point

Yes the 120 length is the sticking point.

If it's a driver diagonal boxing is the answer.

The only time I have used parcelforce is when buyer has agreed the extra cost.

parcel2go offer a range of couriers

dpd local

Max length appear to be 2.5 M with parcel2go

120cm is about 47", so apart from a driver, should be able to get other clubs in. You may need to cut the box down to size, though.

I use Hermes for lower value stuff, and UPS or similar bought through Interparcel for others. I never pay the extra insurance, which I see as an overpriced bet on losing, and over the years and dozens of shipments UK and abroad, only ever lost one cheapish club.

£10.30 for any club .
Can’t really argue with the price just get the buyer to pay.
