So sad the Buck has passed.Gil Gerard aka Buck Rogers![]()
Sad newsI know someone will turn it into a joke but sad to hear Chris Rea has gone.
Absolute gutted, I just loved his music. I watched him in concert at Nottingham and he played with two totally different bands on the Same night and was brilliant.I know someone will turn it into a joke but sad to hear Chris Rea has gone.

I'm not one to start a conspiracy, but there's a worrying amount of celebs who are most famous for their Christmas songs who have died on or around Christmas.
Chris Rea - Dies 3 days before Christmas
Kirsty MacColl - died 18th Dec
George Michael - died Christmas Day
Shane McGowan - died 30th Nov (but born Christmas Day)
Eartha Kitt - died Christmas Day
Dean Martin - died Christmas Day
I'd be absolutely bricking it every christmas period if I had a well known Christmas song.
He was on a few years ago. Had a range of illnesses, he mentioned he was on 34 tablets a dayOh no. Too sad
Wasn't he on Gone Fishing in recent times and talked about having had cancer?

Had it on my turntable just a few days ago. We will always be driving home for Christmas…and a favourite track…maybe Josephine, but there are so many.Really sad news. New Light Through Old Windows is a great collection of his music and one I still listen to regularly.
