Are there any other PC cleaners worth considering ?

Ive heard fortect mentioned in other forums, but must admit ive never heard of it before

CCleaner is very good and very powerful. Privazer is also very good (I use the free version)
I used to use the paid for version of Tracks Eraser Pro, but sadly this didn’t make it compatible with Windows 10

I find it too strong. It’s probably because I didn’t go into it and adjust its parimeters after being a long time user of Tracks Eraser Pro.
Privazer is pretty good though.
