CBD - 'Snake Oil'?

One of my regular PPs takes some over the counter CBD oil from one of the big high street pharmacies and he reckons his arthritis is much better !

My lady thinks it would help her joint stiffness: I confess to being a sceptic. Anyone taking this stuff care to relay their experience?

My mother-in-law takes it for her back.
She orders off the internet as the stuff from Holland & Barret is suppose to be crap.

Most of the stuff you can buy over the counter isn't great, but decent CBD oil has so many benefits, definitely not snake oil.

Opiates are addictive to maybe 15% of people who use them.
They're no more addictive than alcohol and less addictive than nicotine.
Don't ask for documentation.
I pulled those numbers out of my ass, but I think that they're correct.

I use Dynamint Spray from Holland and Barrett. It helps reduce the muscle soreness in my hips.
