Personally, CBD helped me during the treatment of arthritis.
So does it ease pain and give more relaxed movement? I am assuming it’s maintenance not resolving?
I have noticed this winter my finger joints are a bit swollen and sore .. I would like to move to a warmer climate

I tried it with an open mind a year or so ago. It made no discernible difference to a neurological issue I have.

My wife and I tried it most of a year ago....only used it for a few days....absolutely nothing for either of us. I wasn't expecting anything for me.....I sleep about 20hrs a day as it is. My wife was hoping it would help with sleep and arthritis. Granted....we could have given it more than 4 days or so....but it did nothing for us. Something my wife has tried....and still undecided on....apple cider vinegar with all the crap in it. She hates vinegar though....I love it.

Two teaspoons of cider vinegar 5 mins before a meal. Theory is that it tricks the stomach into not producing any more acid when the food comes down.
Quack theory only - is not going to work for some, if any.
I put white wine vinegar on my chips. It is also good on all the red wine stains on clothing, carpet and upholstery, which occur quite often in this household for some reason.

Nothing about taking vinegar before a meal with the wife....just 3 times a day. Maybe it worked.....maybe it didn't....we aren't sure. I also use an inversion table....maybe it works, maybe it doesn't....but my back feels better (not cured....just better)....but that fits in with the quack theories as well....as in it doesn't work (but does for some people...)

As will all supplements they will help to a degree. Just don't expect miracles. Like when someone thinks if they take Creatine/Protein Powder and fat burners that they'll get the six pack they want without the hard work. It won't.

I took some CBD oil last summer after a back injury, went to a specialist shop and bought the strongest they had. Got to be honest, it did sod all, maybe took the very slight edge off the pain but nothing I'd describe as pain killing.

I just bought some beer.....that'll take the edge off....

But to be semi-serious.....a lot of "fix it" treatments help some people, even though a lot of the medical folks don't buy into it.....
*Chiropractors....some people swear by them, some say they cause more damage.
*Acupuncture....I knew some people in Okinawa while I was living there that went to a blind fellow doing this.....took their back pain away for a month or so at a time.
*Inversion table....I have one, but I "only" had a couple of bulging discs. I don't think it fixed anything, but sure did make my back feel better for a few hours. Now, if you had some real nerve issues.....I'd be real careful trying this. Haven't been using it lately since my back has been feeling better. But I've been on and off with it for 10 years.
*CBD oil.....just depends on the person as usual.
*Vinegar.....might....might not work. Tend to think on only a few people.
*Glucosamine.....friend of mine, VERY critical of these kinds of treatments tried in ages ago....like myself an ex-serious runner. Swore it helped his knees quite a bit. I've tried it.....nothing for me.

Plenty more.....do your research and make your own decisions.

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and OA and RA from having had bone cancer (!) and I take Enbrel and a cannabis infused Gummie when I go to play golf (legal here in Arizona) and before bed and they have helped tremendously with the pain so I can now walk 18 holes once more. The gummie has been a big help to me and it is absurd cannabis is not legal in other places. I can also recommend Enbrel if you have similar issues to me. It has been a gamechanger but it is very expensive. The list price in the US is nearly $1,400 a shot and I take 2 per week! So insurance is a must if the NHS does not cover it.
