You could not make this up... A day after I rant on the forum, I get a txt from him along with a invoice!!! While I am not happy about the £330 for a patch up job that they want to do, but atleast there is some movement.

<Just checking> If my neighbor is a fellow forumer, then PM me and we can settle this over a round..

When you settle the bill make sure you get him to sign a letter to the effect that 'this payment is in full and final settlement'
