Callayway X-22's in McGuirks

McGuirks golf are selling Callaway X-22's in store in Dublin for €430, don't know if that's including custom fitting or not. Online they offer a further 10% off but I guess that doesn't include custom fitting.

My local golf shop is selling them for €695 with free custom fitting but I'm obviously going to get them at McGuirks, has anyone ever bought clubs off them? Would their custom fitting be as good as everyone else?

Also why are they so cheap in McGuirks, is there a follow up to them coming out shortly or something?
