I can understand that but the amount i spend in AG, X20 irons, FT_I driver, Callaway stand bag, new balls, I would of expected a little more honesty.

Thing is, if they actually said, yeah you need the X20 gap rather than the 90 quid x wedge, i probably would of spent what i saved on balls and a shirt anyway!

Take your point completely and I would feel the same way. In fact I have been down the same road, even with an ex club pro and it hurts.

Try to look at it this way -

What do you earn?
Would you work for the wages these guys get paid?
Why do you get paid what you earn?
Why do you expect them to give you the level of service that you provide?

Life is not a bag of roses for these guys, blame the company not the individual.
I think you are not far from me? If so come with me to Camberley,I know a couple of the guys there and they do know the story, one was a pro and the other is the club champ at Sherfield Oaks.

The problem is that you are taking pot luck when you go to AG/Direct Golf/Silvermere etc.etc.

Pot luck defo, I know this now, and that is why I have sworn, I will never buy another club without it being fitted! I have a great driving range about 5 miles away from me with full custom fitting facilities, and great staff! Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Foregolf in Chester, Sealand road if anyone knows it!
