Callaway jaws

Yes, i have the 52 and 60 degree JAWS and looking at getting the 56! The grooves are sharp to start with, almost too sharp. Wouldn't use a prov1 with them to start with otherwise you're looking up at a very scuffed up ball and a change of balls! Other than that, lovely club. I have the 2010 or 11 version (not sure) in black, wouldn't recommend as they look extremely worn after one season.

I've got two and love them.
Mine are the MD groove versions and they chew golf balls something rotten. Love the bounce on them too, very playable from even tight lies for the relatively high bounce they come in

Ive got couple of these, a 50deg Black, Ive used, and a 56deg ( unused ) the MD groove versions, and the grooves are MENTAL
This is why the 56deg is unused
Absolutely guaranteed to Shear the cover off any golf ball, even a Rock Hard cheapo.......

Callaway always seem to have huge amounts of bounce on their wedges - fine if you need lots of bounce but no good if you're a slider...
They should really offer more options on bounce.

They come with the 'c' grind though. As I said even with high bounce they are very usable even from tight lies or a more sweeping swing. I prefer to play my pitch shots with the bounce of the club rather than dig (I'm a real digger with irons too)

If they work for then all well and good - I'd be skulling everything!!

The new Forged wedges seem to have a more normal bounce......

Yeah I've got 8 of bounce on the 52, 12 on the 56 & 10 on the 60. I'm more of a slider but work fine for me although I still skull a few bit that's more me than the clubs!
