A few years ago i broke my big toe and its set slighly bent. Now it hasnt given me any trouble and i didnt see any issues. Now ive started playing regular, and spending alot of time on the range i seem to have developed a bunion. Ive done a bit of googling and whats strange is a bunion seems to be common to come up around the main knuckle where it joins the foot, where as mine is at the knuckle just below the toe nail.

Either way after 18 holes the thing is sore as heck, does anyone have any advice on dealing with this little things. My shoes are relatively new, around 40 rounds old so not worn out by any means. Currently using FJ Sports which didnt post this issue a year ago, all i can think is the bunion may have rubbed the padding away on teh inside of the shoe...

I had one on the main knuckle and it caused my big toe to push inwards. This led to non stop corns on the next toe in, and lots of pain.
I had the bunion cut off and my big toe broken and straightened and pinned. Not had any problems since.
