Is it any good? Any problems? My Auntie switched from Sky to BT (I set it up) if was seemless. Anyone else got anything else to add. Reason? I'm going to switch from Virgin to BT.

i found the BT router to be poor, lots of Wi-Fi drop ours so ended up buying my own.
Fibre is "in our area" is that ok?

It says ok, but how can this be? When did they put fibre to my house? Or is it just to the pole outside?

I'm with Virgin, work from home and never had any major issues, yes the occasional outage, but that is to be expected from any provider. I've a cable connection and 200mg plus Internet connection, for me to switch to Sky or BT would mean dropping to less than 40mg. In the grand scheme of things I wouldn't notice the speed drop.
I like Virgin, but they are getting damn expensive.
I would be tempted to move to Sky or BT, but it's the hassle of swapping that is stopping me.
Probably to your nearest green cabinet
They haven't... The fibre will most likely be to your nearest box [cabinet] ...
