If you have time, go to Ypres and visit the Tyne Cot Cemetary before going to the Menin Gate in Ypres centre for the rendition of The Last Post which occurs bang on 8.00pm every night.
It'll truly humble you ............................ it's good for the soul.

Drove over for a long weekend and stopped in a deer farm near diksmuide. Excellent place to stay to visit Diksmuide (trench of death,360 view point over the trenches) Ypres, and Bruges.
