I know nobody is really interested but I am over the moon been putting in some practice recently and today I broke 90 for the first time with an 87.

Well done .. when did you start to realise you had chance to break it ??? & howd you finish after you realised ..

When I turned on 44 I seem to find the back 9 easier than the front at my club and thought today could be the day, then I got a birdie on the 17 and with the SI 2 18th hole I got nervous on the tee but spanked my drive and walked up the fairway as if I was 7 ft tall.

Good stuff so mate , normaly the pressure is a fecker .. keep it going man . every right to feel chuffed ..

Well done I'd love to know that feeling!

I broke 100 again yesterday and was very happy. Haven't been out on many full rounds at my home course recently but knew from the times playing the front and back 9 on different days that I could do it. Scored 97 (Par 71). Quite a few 3 putts so if I could dial that in I'd probably be heading towards the low 90's/high 80's.

Well done mate.

Been shooting lots of 91 and 92 in the last 4 weeks.

My first and only break of 90 was an 87, just got in with my second - 83!.

The confidence it gives you is great, hope you keep it going

Playing the oxfordshire tomorrow, loving the golf alot right now :)

nice one, I am shooting high 90's reg and had 2 sub 90 rounds pre handicap. Hopefully this will be the 1st of many for you.

the main thing is to enjoy it regardless of score (easier said than done haha)

Well done Guns, i have knocked on the door a few times this year with a 91 and a 92 but that was earlier in the year. I'm hitting 95/96 a bit more regular at the moment which is to my handicap and i feel that i am capable of doing it again after i hit a 86 and a 88 last year.

Keep up the good shooting. :) :)

Nice one Guns and you other chaps who are hitting your targets! ;)

Im only back to golf 5 weeks ago and in the same boat, hit a freak 88 2 weeks ago and normally mid 90's since, last 2 rounds have been bang on 90 but 89 would sound so much sweeter!

Keep it up fella's! :)

good on ye! my target has been to break 90 for ages and have hit 90 and 91 a few times but can't quite get over the line. I know why you are chuffed because that is exactly how i'll feel (if and when...)
