Lawrence Donegan's Four Iron for the soul is a very entertaining caddy read.

I'd go with 4 iron for the soul too. Not quite in the same genre but Tom Cox's Bring Me the Head of Sergio Garcia is a good read too

I'm sure there was one out a little while ago by Retief Goosen's former caddy, Colin Byrne (brother of the infamous Miles who had the 2 drivers in Woosie's bag at Lytham). I'm afraid I can't remeber what it was called though.
I too recommend 4iron in the soul, very funny.
