When it comes to the other stuff outside of Rules 1-24, the USGA site is far easier to read unless the R&A have revised their website since last week.

My comments wee based upon ease of reading . On the R&A website the page title remains static when reading through which can make it difficult on occasions.

What section have you tried printing

The photo came from specifically printing section 8E

It came out like that first time of trying a couple of weeks ago and again today.

What browser are you using?

I use I.E (I prefer its cookie handling security)

Are you using the 'print' tab on the web page or the print option for the browser?

I will try the print tab in Chrome

Not only does it work in Chrome but the website page itself displays very differently on the screen compared to IE.

Have you tried Edge instead of IE?

I tried it on edge as well but need to keep IE for one specific purpose. One site I use only works with IE and does not work with Edge.

For what I do I very rarely have problems with IE.
