Wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem ?

My daughter's Backberry keeps freezing, the scroll / mouse button keeps sticking. We have tried taking the battery out and rebooting it but it keeps happening.

Any ideas

check that vlingo isnt installed, if it is uninstall it, it can take up all the phones memory

also check running apps, im on android now so i cant check how to do it, force close anything thats running

The scroll/mouse button sticking is a common problem, you should take it back to the shop you bought it from and see if you can get it repaired under warranty.Several things can cause freezing, but try updating the operating system using Blackberry Desktop Software(free download from bb website),this will fix most problems.Failing that go and see a Guru at your nearest O2 shop(that's what I do) we will try to fix it even if you are not an O2 customer!

Thanks for the help and advice guys. Surprisingly for us we managed to find the receipt ! It was bought in Tesco just under one year ago so is covered by their warranty. They are sending us a jiffy bag and we post it back for repair or replacement. Just means no phone for a few days, sounds like a disaster for a teenager.

Deke

Any idea why my bb has stopped receiving meeting invites in OUTLOOK that can be "accepted" and go directly into teh calender - always used to do it but seems to suddenly have stopped ?

That is a tricky one mate, try an os update if you can,or delete from outlook and re apply bb details.Good luck!
