Does anyone know how this format should be scored?

Never played it but I'd guess as best net score on each hole, add them up at the end.

That’s what we did. Weren’t sure what to do about handicap allowance so we reasoned it should be 50% of of the combined strokes received.

When we got in the pro said that what we should have done was work out the net score for each score based on 90% handicap. This seems to be a reworking of the Stableford system ( and as this wasn’t explained beforehand we had simply recorded the first to hole the lowest gross score on each hole).

90% each player for current CONGU
85% under WHS
