Hey Guys,

So i've tweeked my back - i usually carry, but it's not going to work out :(

I need a push trolley and i guess a cart bag (my bag is a nike lightweight carry bag, would be nice to have something to hold a little more water!)

What is the best value push trolley? And any good tips on the bag to go with it?

Thanks guys! :)

you would be best going for a 3 wheeler, either stewart golf x1 or powercaddy twinline depending on your budget, never heard bad things about clickgear so think about that too

i have not heard bad things about any of the branded 3 wheel push trolleys as above stewart powakaddy motocaddy clicgear, if your looking for one on a budget then used would probaly half your cost for sale section or ebay. there are a few lighter canvas type bags around from a dunlop one in sports soccer but these tend to absorb water if it rains but are cheaper or you pay fair bit more you go for a premium pvc type bag. I would suggest a specfic cart bag as tour bags and stand bags do fit the trolleys ok but tend to mean access to some of the pockets is difficult as they have to sit on there sides.

Generally, with trolleys, you get what you pay for.
The cheaper ones, in my exerience anyway, don't last.
My Twinline has worked bloody hard over the 4 seasons I've had it - and been flogged within an inch of it's life too.
Still going strong.....

I've had a sun mountain speed card v1 for about 2 years - its really easy to push!

only downside is it doesnt fold up really small and sometimes the brake needs a little attention.

think AG is selling them quite cheap just now - around about £80

happy pushing! ;)

I had a clicgear, superb, well built, folds up small & easy to push, only sold it (£85 on e bay if I remember rightly) as I got a Motocaddy S1 as a prezzie.

Motocaddy S3 looks good and I should be getting one in next few weeks. I tried my bag on one a few weeks ago and it fits really well despite being a tour bag. Limited access to the big pocket on the bag but not a massive issue.

got to confess in really fancying one of those sun mountain micro carts 4 wheel versions, ATM i carry a bag whih i prefer, but the left knee is shot and i think a trolley would take some pressure off it, only down side is im spraying it everywhere at the moment so will wait until im finding the short stuff again.

pushing a trolly through the amazon is never a good look......

Have a clicgear 3.0.. can recommend it..
Pros: light, loads of space, stops easily on mounds without toppling over
Cons: New one will set u back by £125-135. Also, does not come with winter wheels or hedgehogs - so can get muddy. YET to improve my game :)
