Please report back your findings, this coconut water intrigues me...Currently on a massive weight loss regime (3 and a half stone lost so far!) so anything low in calories is always good!
Bananas and nature valley oat bars, lucozade sport or powerade drinks.
mixed partner swears by Coconut water as being far better rehydrant than the above drinks, and only 18 calories. I may investigate this further.
I am so glad that most of you can now survive your round of golf with your mid round snacks.
Let's face it, everyone is playing so slowly now, a three course meal will soon be compulsory to stop the club from being sued for neglect.
Used to do the chocolate but found that about 3 holes later I'd crash and burn. Read on here that it messes up your blood sugar.

The chicken pie was their best yet Paul, and served by a lovely waitress with a tattoo just above her ...........Pies after the round! Missed the one at Cooden this year - good chicken pie there!
Blimey they know how to charge for coconut water.
I normally take a high 5 zero to drink.
I have to say i am intrigued by the jaffa cake info, however i'm not sure they are actually a cake.....
