Best ever purchase...

Dont laugh but my best purchase has been my rescue club which I bought from Lidl for the princely sum of £15.99. It is the most consistent performing club in my bag and the one that I always feel confident of hitting a good shot with.

Sponge I have a slight worry.
It sounds as if you like the club which is great, but....what would happen if the head isn't glued on properly and it flies off into the Sea. (Which is possible from Llidls)
If you can, take the head off and glue it in properly or ask your local pro to do it for you.
That way you will enjoy many happy years with it.

Hi Bob,

I've had it for 5 or 6 years and it has held up so far without any trouble. I'll have a look at it though.

My Nike VR wedges.....I'd always wanted to be able to play the check and stop shot and hit shots with loads of backspin. Thanks to these 2 clubs I can play both types of shot now (almost) at will.

Has to be my Heavy Putter B3-M. I've never been a good putter by any stretch of the imagination, but now with this magic wand I class myself as a very good putter. It has completely eliminated any wrist hinging and so alows a beautiful pendulum action. I am hardly ever short of the hole any more and with the extra confidence on the greens the rest of my game is starting to improve. :D

At the moment im torn between 2 lovers.
My MacGregor Mactec NVG2 driver and my Ping half Craz-e centre shafted putter.

Yeah and knowing his luck he'd go and get the head glued on properly and it would be the shaft that came unstuck...
You can't win
:( :( :(

I didn't technically buy them as they were a gift, but a block of 4 lessons which I have used three of to get me swinging again after a lengthy layoff from the game. A refresher on grip, alignment, swing and weight transfer have got me on the right path.
