Best Club? Worst Club?

Best: Callaway big bertha 460, this summer we had a real romance, we have slowly seperated! :(
Worst: Dunlop 64* lob wedge, no idea where it would end up! :P

Best club, scotty red x putter. Best by miles.

Worst? Hard to say, but bang for buck, titleist 909 d2 8.5 matrix ozik 6.0, as c/f by titleist. Now I loved this driver, and for three months it was awesome. I then changed my swing, and it was useless overnight. nothing wrong with the club, but I could no longer hit it. I lost £230 on this in 3 months.

I have never had a club that has lost money that quickly.

I've got a Dunlop 64*, occasionally makes me look competent - frequently reduces me to tears. If Santa does bring me a TW9 60* then the 64 will be doused in lighter fuel, ignited and then lobbed off the Erskine bridge

Best- G10 18* hybrid always hit it well.

Worst -Mizuno f60 3 wood rubbish!

Best- mizuno mx700 20* hybrid, good off the tee on long par 3's or tight tee shots and good out of the rough or fairway.

Worst- mizuno mp58 3 iron, looks beautiful but so hard to hit out the middle and you deffo feel it when you don't hit it sweet!

best club taylor made 580 XD driver - now illegal
loved hitting balls over the back of the fence of the local driving range
really pleased with myself when the guy working there asked me to stop doing it

worst titleist dtr 1 iron,
why do beginers get delusions of hitting long irons when everybody knows there the hardest clubs to hit?

Best: Ping G5 3w. If you could have a relationship with an inanimate object it would be this club.

Worst: The old, old taylor made burner driver with the bronze coloured head. Can honestly say I never made a good strike with it once.

Best, any of my Macgregor 985 Tourney Custom irons (even the 2 iron) that I bought in about 1976.
Worst, Zebra Putter which I bought about the same time after seeing Ray Floyd win the Masters with one.

worst everything in the bag some days

best same as above

for me it's all in the mind, the other week when I won I never had any fear regardless of which club I picked up, each time I looked over a ball with a putter in my hand I was confident it was going in or very close. Sunday I couldn't hit a barn door from 15 paces, never felt comfortable all round

I loved my TM R540XD with a UST Proforce V2 stiff shaft. Hit it a bloody mile, never missed many fairways. When it needed replacing why did I buy the R7?

Worse had to be a TM rescue TP with the Fujikura shaft. It was the original rescue club that TM made. Hit it like a dream on the range but could never get it going on the course very well.

Best club - my putter.

Worst club - my 3 wood... I've just got a 910f, and will be removing the offending Ping G10 3 wood next time I open my locker.

Best: Ping Eye 2 sand iron. I used to spend hours and hours around the practice green as a teenager. I could hit anything from a high flop shot to a low checky one. It's a bit old now and the grooves have seen better days. Fear its days are numbered :(

Worst: Taylor Made Burner driver with the flextwist graphite shaft, circa 1990ish. I must have hit about one fairway a year with it. Mind you my swing was all over the place. Replaced it with Callaway Big Bertha Warbird, which was a dream in comparison.
