So do you regularly put your drive out to 300+ Yds

Last year at H4H Swinger was playing in the group behind me. He rolled a drive over my foot.
I Lasered him at, if I remember, 312 yards....apparently it was a little out of the heel....

How do some people find it so easy to generate such good Clubhead Speed, if only there was a great tip or piece of advice that made it easier to develop that skill for others

I played with Swinger at his home course where on the 17th a 311 yard where no was in the green side bunker pin high with driver.
There was a big sigh from him, to which "I said whats wrong with that?", he then replied "I cut it too much trying to take distance off the tee shot!!"
