becu reshaft

i have a set of eye 2 becu irons and when down the range today with my 4 iron i heard what i thought was cracking sound on the through swing,when i finished the swing i held the clubhead and slightly twisted the grip and could hear the same noise is the shaft knackered. i have had the set for approx two years but they havent had alot of of play by me and visually they look in very good condition.
the shafts are zz-lite which ping say should be on that club,if i do have them reshafted would it be worth taking them to a ping dealer and having different shafts fitted if they suggest it.
