Battery Life

Have a 36 hole battery which is usd 3/4 times per week with a heavy bag.

How long should the battery last; I have probably had 2 years' life and where is the best place for a replacement as my was getting a bit tired today?

my 36 hole battery doing 4 - 5 rounds per week is 5 years old but starting to run out of puff ( a bit like me really )
