Balls - Which do you use and Why?

I like Wilson DX3 softs or Srixon "Soft feel". I am using some Nike PD Softs at the moment but find they scuff up a bit too easily.
Once I have oinked my way through them I will be stocking up with Wilsons again.

In summer I generally use PROV1s and I only have a moderte swing speed. My Pro said they'd be fine for me and it's the PROV1x that needs a fast swing to get the best out of it. I'm happy to use any premiuim ball though and have also used Callaway Tour and Srixon Z Star this year which were both fine.

I've been using a TM TP black for the last couple of rounds and must say I'm impressed. I won a box for doing a survey a couple of years ago and decided to give them ago. Will be using this as my preferred ball over the winter.

Callaway Diablos here, mainly cos they are cheap, but feel decent. Being 28hcp, I want a reasonably priced golf ball, something's I won't think twice about losing ;)

Am thinking of buying a few random ball sleeves over the winter to try next year when the season restarts.

Cheers
Andy

Callaway i(s)
Srixon Z-STAR
Titleist ProV1
Bridgestone B330 RX
Taylor Made Penta

I'll use any premium ball now. Callaway, Srixon and Bridgestone would by my top preference followed by Tits and lastly the Penta.

Pro v1 and sometimes the x our greens are that bloody hard in the summer you need al the help you can get and during the winter don't really soften that much either :(

I got hooked up with Pro V1's when my daughter used to regularly supply me with dozens via her companies corporate days, those days sadly are no more, last time it was nxt tours (banking cut backs!!). Have to part with my own wonga for Pro V1's now. Srixon Z stars are a good ball too imo.

I'd go along with that essex_stu Bridgestone E6 and Titleist NXT are good, as are Pinnacle for the winter..I've played with our Pro now and then and seen him stop the ball on the green with great back spin..asked him what ball he was using...Titlesit Solo..He has what I/we dont have,,talent mmmm

dx3 in the summer, feel as soft as a prov1 and stop just as quick, but they dont seem as spinny on bad shots (slices/fades)... and ive a good source at less than £0.90p per ball

AD333 in the winter - seem to fly better in the cold than the dx3, never have trouble stopping on winter greens, and they dont exagerate bad swings with to much spinn again buying these at good prices - £0.70p ball new.
